Woman who recently lost her child expresses gratitude to doctor who refused to tie her tubes when she thought she was done having kids

A woman has shared how she begged a doctor to tie her fallopian tubes last year because she believed she was done having kids but he refused. The mum explained that she was about giving birth to twins and decided to have an elective ceserean section so her tubes could be tied in the process since she did not want any more kids. However,  when she told her doctor to tie her tubes, she said he discouraged her and explained that she is still young and has no idea what could happen in future to make her regret her actions. The woman recently lost her 7-year-old son and she took to Facebook to thank the doctor for discouraging her from tying her tubes when she begged him to. She wrote: "On this day I went to the hospital to sign for my doctor to close my fallopian tubes after my twins birth by C section "During my antenatal in my twins pregnancy, I always beg my doctor to close my fallopian tubes after the Cs because thats the main reason why I chose to deliver them through Cs "He agreed to do that for me but on this day last year, I went to sign the papers as we agreed and the doctor started advising me not to do that, He said I could be a divorcee tomorrow or I could l0se a child tomorrow and still want to give birth again, I pleaded and begged him to do it for me, but he refused and said I am too young to do that and life is unpredictable, he said I will remember this day and forever be grateful to him, I didnt really understand what he meant by that till I l0st my 7 years old son this 1st April 2026 "May God continue to bless Doctor Chinweike for me, its good to take advise sometimes." The post Woman who recently lost her child expresses gratitude to doctor who refused to tie her tubes when she thought she was done having kids appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
