Unknown assailants k!ll 45-year-old man in Plateau

A 45-year-old man, identified as Mr Mabur Simon, has been k!lled by unidentified persons in Maori Village, Mbar District of Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State. The incident occurred at about 9:20 a.m. on August 12, 2026, when troops of Sector 5, Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP), responded to a report of an attack and k!lling in the community. The troops mobilised to the village and confirmed that the incident had occurred. The circumstances surrounding the k!lling remain unclear, while security personnel have commenced investigations to identify those responsible and establish the motive behind the attack. According to security analyst Zagazola Makama, the investigation is ongoing, as troops continue to maintain vigilance in the area to prevent further incidents and reassure residents of their safety.  The post Unknown assailants k!ll 45-year-old man in Plateau appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
